wallpaper du jour

Thinking about changing my computer's wallpaper more frequently,

and posting the images I use, if they're ones I shot.

Just for fun.

The above beauties are from fall, 2010,

on a hike to Illilouette Fall

in Yosemite National Park.

Great hike, amazing views pretty much the whole time,

and saw lotsa thirsty birds, drinking from mountain side streams.

And, obv., the snags I adore.

I highly recommend it.

p.s. Really curious, do you "manage" your computer wallpaper? If so, do you use your work? Other people's? Both? Or, do you just leave it with the image the computer came with?

uploaded 5 photos and was watermarking them all.

then my computer freaked out and the internet/my computer ATE them all.

I do not have time to re-do it now.

errrrrrg.

k. here's the one that worked.

not a scenic one... not even super sharp, but I loved that green strip.

anyhow, going to garden now.

Once again, I am wearing a cute outfit today, then by the time my husband arrives home, I will be in grubbies and covered in dirt.

This is one of the few photographs that popped up in iPhoto "Faces" when I was looking for a particular shot with me in it.

It was in the category "[Name] may also be in the photos below."

Made me laugh out loud. =)

Uh, what does that tell me about my a) hair, b) build. Granted, I am comprised mostly of straight lines, but really? A palm tree?!?

Ah, well.

Could be worse.
